In the side menu, select Intercity and fill in the request form

You can offer your price when you create a ride request.


You can pay for the ride in cash or via online transfer, having previously indicated this method when placing an order. Payment
by credit card is not provided in the service. This makes rides even more affordable, as it allows you to avoid additional bank
commission.


You can only call a driver after your ride request is confirmed by the driver.


Drivers of category B vehicles must have at least 3 years of driving experience and drivers of category D vehicles must have at least 5 years of driving experience. All drivers must be at least 25-years old. Also, drivers of intercity buses and minibuses must have a valid transport licence.


1. In the bottom menu tap the the delete account buttom.
2. Enter your phone number to get the verification code via SMS.
3. Enter the code from SMS.
4. Fill out the request form to delete your account.
Your account in the app will also be deleted.
If you have been blocked on the service or have any other unresolved issues related to your account, you need to resolve these
pending issues before deleting your account. Our Support team will help with this.
You can’t restore the deleted account. We keep certain data if it’s necessary to protect legitimate business interests: fraud
